Pacefold Guides

A Short Breathing Exercise for a Busy Moment

A brief, guided breathing pause can give you a quiet moment before deciding what to do next. It is a wellbeing practice, not medical care.

Take a short, comfortable pause

  1. Choose a safe, comfortable place

Pause where you can sit or stand comfortably. Stop if you feel unwell, dizzy or uncomfortable.

  2. Follow a gentle rhythm

Keep the breath natural rather than forcing it. A visual cue or haptic rhythm can make it easier to follow without watching a clock.

  3. Return to one next action

When the pause ends, choose one small next step. You do not need to solve the entire day at once.

A quiet reset within reach
