Veggie Places Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Veggie Places (Veggie Places on the App Store) for iPhone and iPad handles information about you.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data for Veggie Places is Flexisoft, based in Gdynia, Poland, the developer listed as the seller of Veggie Places. Contact: info@flexisoft.pl.
In short
- You can create an account with your email address to rate places and articles and save your favourites.
- Your location is used only to find places near you and is not stored with your account.
- No ads. We do not sell your information or use it to track you.
- You can have your account and its data deleted at any time.
Your account
When you create an account, we store your email address together with the ratings you give to places and articles and the places and articles you save as favourites, so they are available when you sign in. We use this only to provide these features (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract) and never for advertising.
Location
If you allow location access, the app uses your location to show restaurants, cafes and shops near you. It is used only for that search and is not stored with your account. You can use the app without location by choosing a city, and change the permission at any time in Settings.
What we don't do
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
- We do not sell or share your information.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. To delete your account and everything linked to it, email info@flexisoft.pl from the address you signed up with, and we will delete it within one month.
Children
Veggie Places does not send the content you create to us, so it does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has contacted us and shared personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Email us and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl), or with the data protection authority in your own country.
If you contact us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and provide support (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering you), and keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
Changes to this policy
If Veggie Places starts handling data differently, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change reaches the App Store.
